Leadership seminar for Small Groups Facilitators went on February, 28 – March, 2 in Kharkiv. We had 45 participants from 5 churches, middle age was 35. One church was host this seminar and provides conference hall, class rooms, dining room and our team accommodation. Most participants was from local churches.
It was most exited and practical leadership seminar for men what I have. Team of ICF was very organized and prepared. Participants had answers on their questions even more what they expect.
I believe this seminar will change my life and life of my kids all of my family. I will spend more time with my sons, give them spiritual nurturing from my life experience and start small group.
After this seminar I will pray that God make changes in my relationship with my kids and wife; I will write down list of what I would like to do together with my kids; I will ask my kids about their dreams and will make plan together how we could to realize that.
