Leadership seminar in Kharkiv

Saturday, January 25 we conducted one day seminar for 20 fathers from one local church there. Igor our RC from Sumy also did participate as speaker at seminar and share his ministry experience at presentation for pastors. It was very good training for him. Also we have good response from fathers. Again and again we have seen that very critical and painful topic for men is “Reconciliation with dad”.
Sergey spent edition two hours with pastor and his assistant for brief small group training session. Pastor very encouraged facilitating small group for fathers personally. Igor and Sergey on picture did crouch with me from left to right.
I like this seminar because topics is very important for me. Speaker’s presentations are very helpful with their personal practical experience in everyday life. I understood my mistakes and made decision to be successful father for my kids and husband for my wife. My first step will be RECONCILIATION WITH MY DAD! I will spend more time with my wife and kids, and restrain my negative emotions and behavior.
